Why QWIL?

As a woman studying in a field currently predominated by males, I am a huge advocate for women in leadership and opportunities that promote such. QWIL is a phenomenal conference which engages and inspires young women to take on their dreams, no matter how grand. With exceptional past speakers such as Arlene Dickinson, Christine Magee, Linda Hasenfratz and many more, the experience at QWIL is truly like no other. As a QWIL delegate, I am hoping to not only gain experience for myself, but to also spread the wealth to all my fellow peers.
